"COVID-19 safe" training session bookings

Cricket Scotland, sportscotland and Scottish Government guidelines-compliant - updated 10 July 2020


The table below shows the confirmed bookings for "COVID-19 safe" training sessions at the club, from 29 June 2020 onwards.  Members are reminded that only users who have confirmed bookings can attend, and that any non-compliance with the terms and conditions of "COVID-19 safe" training will result in the individual or individuals concerned being prohibited from future use of training facilities.  The booking system and rules are summarised below, and the detailed terms and conditions of training, including the process for booking, are available to see on the website, and there are links to specific documents below.



Training session bookings - summary booking system and rules


  • Sessions can only be booked by members up-to-date with subscriptions.
  • Players must give 24 hours notice if they are cancelling a booked session.
  • Bookings will be taken on a "first come, first served" basis, and confirmed by Head of Senior Cricket Josh Sajjad.
  • When sessions become available to book this will be intimated by WhatsApp.
  • Players failing to comply with the COVID-19 safe rules of training will result in their use of the facilities being prohibited.
  • In the first instance there will be two training zones: a net bay and a fielding area (see below).
  • Normal net safety protocols and etiquette must be adgered to in addition to COVID-19 safe specific rules.
  •  Two (2) metre social distancing from members of other households must be adhered to at all times.
